Refund and Return Policy

Returns
You can return a product bought on our website in its original unopened and unused condition within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was marked as delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must also have the original packaging, accessories, and documents.

Restocking fee

If we accept a return of an item, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied.

Depending on the condition of the returned item, such as if the item was physically damaged or used for business purposes, we reserve the right to refuse a return request or increase the restocking fee.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Any item that shows signs of use

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a Refund Notification email with the details of the refund. We will contact you via email with an explanation in case your return is rejected or arrived damaged. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 6-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first contact your bank or credit card account; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (including open box and refurbished)
Only brand-new items may be refunded; unfortunately, open box, refurbished, and sale items cannot be refunded. But if the item is defective, we'll gladly exchange it. Contact us at help@soeks-usa.com

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or arrived damaged. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at help@soeks-usa.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to us to the address we will provide.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs of the original shipment are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the same condition you sent it.
