We offer FREE standard shipping within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and Military Addresses. Standard shipping comes with a tracking number and usually takes 3-5 business days but is not guaranteed.
Additionally, you can choose Expedited 2-Day or Priority 1-Day shipping at the checkout for a small fee, these shipping methods are usually guaranteed by the carrier. Note, that a 1 business day processing is needed for shipping those orders.
For a limited time, we offer FREE standard shipping Worldwide.
DHL Express shipping method is also available and calculated automatically after you enter your shipping address at the checkout. You will be able to review the pricing and choose a shipping option you like before submitting the order.
All international and domestic shipments are insured.

You can return the products bought on our website within 15 days of the original purchase date.
If 15 days have passed we are not able to process a refund but you are still eligible for our industry leading 2 year warranty (read more here)
We don't like restocking fees either, so we ask that returned items must be in the same condition that you received it. They must also be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and have all the accessories in place. If the item was used, and returned in a good condition a 20% restocking fee will apply.
We will exchange all orders at no additional cost and cover the shipping costs in case of our error (wrong product, carrier damaged or defective item upon arrival). We ask you to reach out to us right away.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any authorized refunds except where we made an error. We offer free shipping in hopes that you will fall in love and keep the product but we still have to pay for it.
