30-Day Returns

You can return the products bought on our website within 30 days of the original purchase date.

We don't like restocking fees either, so we ask that returned items must be in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging and have all the accessories in place. Used items are subject to a restocking fee.

We will exchange all orders at no additional cost and cover the shipping costs in case of our error (wrong product, damaged or defective item).

Our team of experts is always available to help you, making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

To initiate a return process, please send a request with the original order number to support@soeks-usa.com or use the Contact Us page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We offer FREE standard shipping within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and Military Addresses.

Additionally, you can choose Expedited 2-Day or Priority 1-Day shipping at the checkout for a small fee.

International Shipping

For a limited time, we offer FREE shipping Worldwide. The shipping cost is calculated automatically after you enter your shipping address at the checkout. You will be able to review the pricing and choose a shipping option you like before submitting the order. All international shipments are insured.
