FREE Standard Shipping in the USA
We offer FREE standard shipping within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and Military Addresses. Standard shipping comes with a tracking number and usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive.
2-Day Express Shipping in the USA
When you need your order fast, choose the 2-Day Express shipping.
- If an order is received before noon Eastern time, then an order will be attempted to be delivered within 2 business days.
- If an order is received after noon local time or on weekend, the order will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.
During this time, carriers do not provide any guarantees or credits for delayed shipments, and we can't offer those. SOEKS USA aims to deliver all orders on-time and is continuously monitoring and improving our shipping program.
2-Day Express LimitationsDue to carrier limitations, the following cannot be delivered within 2 business days from when the order is fulfilled.
- Out of stock items
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes
- Carriers only pick up from us on Monday through Friday (business days) at this time
Currently some items require longer processing time due to the limited stock and increased demand. If that's the case you will see a message in red on the product page. When choosing the 2-Day Express service you acknowledge these limitations.
Standard shipping - $9.99 (2-6 weeks; tracking provided but can be limited)
Expedited shipping - $44.99 (2-4 days; fully insured and traceable to the door)
Worldwide (DHL Express) shipping method is also available and calculated automatically after you enter your shipping address at the checkout. You will be able to review the pricing and choose a shipping option you like before submitting the order.

You can return the products bought on our website within 15 days of the original purchase date.
If 15 days have passed we are not able to process a refund but you are still eligible for our industry leading 2 year warranty (read more here)
We don't like restocking fees either, so we ask that returned items must be in the same condition that you received it. They must also be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and have all the accessories in place. If the item was used, and returned in a good condition a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Exchanges and Refunds
We will exchange all orders at no additional cost and cover the shipping costs (US customers only) in case of our error (wrong product, carrier damaged or defective item upon arrival). We ask you to reach out to us right away.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any authorized refunds. We offer free shipping in hopes that you will fall in love and keep the product but we still have to pay for it.
