We offer FREE standard shipping within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and Military Addresses. Standard shipping comes with a tracking number and usually takes 3-5 business days but is not guaranteed.
Additionally, you can choose Expedited 2-Day or Priority 1-Day shipping at the checkout for a small fee, these shipping methods are usually guaranteed by the carrier. Note, that a 1 business day processing is needed for shipping those orders.
For a limited time, we offer FREE standard shipping Worldwide.
DHL Express shipping method is also available and calculated automatically after you enter your shipping address at the checkout. You will be able to review the pricing and choose a shipping option you like before submitting the order.
All international shipments are insured.

You can return the products bought on our website within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If 14 days have passed we are not able to process a return but you are still eligible for our industry leading 2 year warranty.
We don't like restocking fees either, so we ask that returned items must be in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging and have all the accessories in place. Used items are subject to a restocking fee.
We will exchange all orders at no additional cost and cover the shipping costs in case of our error (wrong product, carrier damaged or defective item upon arrival).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs that were paid to deliver the product are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
